TO ALL T.H.S MEMBERS
Note to THS Donors:
A common misperception among donors is that by donating, you are also automatically considered a THS “Member”. You are only a THS “Member” if:
- you filled out/sent in a membership application along with the yearly membership fee.
- you received an information package: confirming your membership; including a tax receipt for the fee: and a membership card
ART Spokesperson Linda MacKinnon recently attempted to reach out to as many THS MEMBERS as possible (click here [PDF] to view her letter and here [PDF] to view the newspaper articles which were included with her letter).
Linda’s mailing also included a form which we urge all MEMBERS to sign. This form requests a Special Members Meeting. The THS bylaws state that if 10% of the MEMBERS request the meeting then one must be held.
If you are a current MEMBER of the THS, and you haven’t yet done so, please fill in and sign the form as soon as you can (click here [PDF] to download form).
The intention of the meeting is to HAVE THE CURRENT BOARD OF DIRECTORS STEP DOWN. Linda’s letter explains why this is essential.

As a MEMBER you must use your power to do the right thing. MEMBERS are the only ones that can elect the Board - they can also REMOVE them.
